About

 I research technology and foreign language librarianship. My interests include:

• Critical information literacy in the classroom, in the library, and in the profession (with a focus on Spanish and Latin American libraries and librarians)
  
• Integration of critical information literacy with foreign language teaching theory and study, examining how the library can support foreign language instruction through instructional design.
  
• Participatory culture within the library, and the situated interplay of user needs and emerging technologies.
